Omar Daas has been forming and running companies since the mid-2000s. His own, and other people's. Pangea Up is what that turned into: a firm that files the paperwork and then builds the website, the app and the marketing, because watching people get the first part right and stall on the second is what made it worth doing.

The short version
Why one firm does both.
The filing part has not really changed in twenty years. A state wants particular documents, in a particular order, with a registered agent and the right certificates behind them. Knowing which ones, for which business, in which state, is experience rather than cleverness — and it is the part that goes wrong quietly, months later.
What changed is everything after it. A company that exists on paper but cannot be found on a phone is not open. So the same people who file also build the site, set up the listings, and keep them running — not because it is fashionable to offer both, but because handing somebody a stamped certificate and wishing them luck stopped being a complete service a long time ago.
That is the whole idea. There is no account management layer, no ticket queue, and no chance of being told that the website team cannot help with the filing question.
