Short, because we collect very little. This is exactly what happens to the details you send us, and who else can see them.
Who we are
This site is run by Pangea Up Media LLC, trading as PangeaUp. Questions about this page go to contact@pangeaup.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into one of our forms, and only when you send it:
- Contact form: your name, email and the service you're asking about (required), plus your phone number, business name and message if you give them.
- Free audit form: your name, email and the website you want us to look at.
- The page you sent it from, and any campaign tags (such as
utm_source) in the link that brought you here.
We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of work we've discussed or done for you. Nothing else. We don't add you to a mailing list.
Your IP address is not stored
When you send a form, your IP address is run through a one-way keyed hash before anything is saved. That lets us notice the same sender submitting repeatedly, but the address itself is never stored and can't be recovered from the hash.
Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs, as every web host does, to run and protect the service.
No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies. There's no analytics package, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no fingerprinting.
The one thing it keeps in your browser is your accessibility menu choices — text size, contrast and so on — so they stay set as you move between pages. That's saved in your browser's local storage, is never sent to us, and you can clear it with the menu's Reset button.
Fonts are served from this site rather than from a font provider, so loading a page doesn't tell anyone else that you did.
Who else handles your details
Three companies process data on our behalf, all in the United States:
- Supabase — the database your enquiry is stored in
- Resend — emails your enquiry to us
- Vercel — hosts and serves this website
They act on our instructions. We don't sell, rent or trade your details, and we don't share them with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become work are kept while they're live and then for a reasonable period as a business record. Client records are kept for the engagement and for the tax and record-keeping periods that apply to us afterwards.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
Email contact@pangeaup.com or call (561) 319-1104. We'll show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it — unless we're required to keep something specific.
Some states give you specific rights over your data. We honour these requests wherever you live.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
Changes to this page
If we ever add anything that changes what's described here — analytics, a booking embed, a map — we'll update this page at the same time. The date at the top is when it was last revised. See also our Terms.
