The Startup Bundle

Everything it takes to open, as one price.

$4,799 up front$499/month

We form the company in whichever state you are opening in, get the EIN and the licences, then build and run the website, the cards and the social presence that has to exist before anyone can find you.

Your state

What applies where you are forming.

Every state sets its own fees, processing times and ongoing obligations, and they are the part of this that is genuinely out of our hands. Pick yours and see what it means before you commit to anything.

Where are you forming?

True in every state

Registered agent

Every state requires a registered agent with a physical street address in that state. A PO box does not qualify. The bundle includes that service for your first year.

Filing fees

Set by the state, not by us, and billed to you at cost rather than marked up. They generally run between $50 and $500. We confirm your state's current fee before you pay anything.

Processing time

Set by the state. Some clear a filing the same day and others run weeks. We never promise a turnaround we do not control — the website, cards and profiles proceed while the state works.

Terms

The parts people find out too late elsewhere.

Term

12-month minimum on the monthly service, then month to month. Thirty days' notice to stop. Nothing renews for another fixed term.

Ownership

You own your domain and your content from day one. Site files transfer to you on request once 12 months are paid.

On cancellation — read this

The monthly fee includes your registered agent, so cancelling ends that service and you must appoint a replacement agent with your state. Your state will not let the company sit without one.

An EIN is available directly from the IRS at no cost. Our fee is for preparing and submitting your filings on your behalf. State and local filing fees are not included in our pricing and are billed to you at cost. Filing requirements, fees, and processing times vary by state.

Questions

Answered straight, including the ones that cost us the sale.

Can I do this myself?

Yes. Every state lets you file your own formation, the IRS issues EINs free, and nothing here is legally restricted to a firm. What you would be taking on is the sequencing: choosing the right filing for your situation, getting the registered agent in place, working out which licences and certificates your specific business and county require, then building and hosting the website, printing the cards and setting up the profiles. People who enjoy that and have the time genuinely should do it themselves. People who would rather open and start selling hire us.

Which state should I form in?

Business owners usually weigh where they actually operate and have a physical presence, the formation and ongoing costs in each state under consideration, whether they would end up registered as a foreign entity in their home state anyway, and the ongoing obligations such as annual reports or franchise taxes. Which state and which entity type are right for you is a legal and tax question, and it depends on facts about your situation that an attorney or a CPA is the right person to weigh. We do not advise on it. We file where you direct us.

What if I already have an LLC?

Then you do not need the formation part, and you should not pay for it. Tell us what you already have and we will quote the parts you actually want — commonly the website, the social profiles and the registered agent service. The bundle price assumes we are forming the entity.

How long does my state take?

It varies more than people expect. Some states clear a standard filing the same day; others run several weeks, and the same state can be fast in one month and slow in the next. We tell you the state's current published processing time before you pay, and we do not promise a turnaround we do not control. The parts we do control — the website, the cards, the profiles — proceed while the filing is with the state.

What does the $4,799 not cover?

State and local filing fees, which are billed to you at cost rather than marked up, and which generally run between $50 and $500 depending on the state. Ongoing state obligations such as annual reports or franchise taxes are also yours and continue for as long as the company exists. Anything beyond the monthly scope is quoted and approved by you before any work starts.

What if I cancel?

The monthly service has a 12-month minimum and then runs month to month with 30 days' notice. Two things matter on the way out. Your domain and your content are yours from day one, and the site files transfer on request once the 12 months are paid. And because the monthly fee includes your registered agent, cancelling ends that service — you must appoint a replacement agent with your state. That is a legal obligation and the state will not let the company sit without one, so we would rather you hear it now than at cancellation.

Who owns the website and the domain?

You do, from day one. The domain is registered to you, the content is yours, and the site files transfer to you on request once the first 12 months are paid. We do not hold a client's domain as leverage.

Do you work outside Florida?

Yes — all 50 states and DC. Most clients never meet us in person and the whole engagement runs by phone and email. If you are in Broward and Palm Beach, you are welcome to come in and sit down instead.

What is a registered agent, and why do I need one?

It is the person or company your state sends official mail to — service of process, tax notices, compliance letters. Every state requires one with a physical street address in that state, and a PO box does not qualify. If you form in a state you do not live in, you cannot be your own agent there. The bundle covers it for the first year and the monthly fee covers it after that.

What happens after the first 12 months?

The monthly service continues month to month at the same price until you tell us to stop, with 30 days' notice. Nothing renews for another fixed term, and the price does not step up at month 13.
